Two by Two Rescue engaged Warren Averett to perform business process review procedures over the accounting functions of the organization. At the request of the Board of Directors, Warren Averett performed a best practices gap analysis. The analysis was performed based on inquiries with key personnel throughout the organization (including the Board of Directors) and a review of documents provided by Two by Two. Through this process, high, moderate and low risk items were identified as opportunities for improvement within the organization. Warren Averett has shared the preliminary results of this gap analysis with the Board of Directors and Two by Two is taking responsive actions aimed at improving the organization. Warren Averett acknowledges and appreciates the Board's proactive effort to address the items reported by engaging a third-party strategic partner.
